I dont identify your issue. But if it is about uploading an image then would say attempt from your PC at first if succed then it will aotomatecally appear on your app
My information is already in EMGS. My current problem is: I can’t log in a digital ID with my mobile phone because the photo button does not appear when I am recognizing my face, so I can’t take a picture for facial recognition. I cannot enter EMGS and provide the information to the hospital for review.
As far as I remember there is no button, when it recognize you it will proceed automatically, and try bringing your face very close, they only check face not even the hair
