Hi , my son Yousif Abdelrahman, passport No.P11953893 application No.######### have been returned to pending due un submission of the previous university release letter while it was submitted by the institution on 12 Aug 2024

Pls help to figure this out

Hi dears EMGS
Have 2 applications for my 2 sons
1) Yazeed passport No.P11953883
2) Yousif passport No.P11953893

Now their status are 15% and we uploaded all the requested docs on 12th Aug 2024

Any possibility to expedite their process due the have to join he university before end of August
