My passport number is R753503, I’m coming to Malaysia at 24th of Feb, and need to finalise my student pass/visa before my registration (11th of March). Is this possible?

Hi Hisham Alkhatib,
If the passport is submitted to EMGS, the endorsement process takes 14 working days approximately. If the endorsement is done at State Immigration, you need to liaise with the institute regarding this.
