Hi EMGS, how do I change my passport number on the app as I’ve renewed my passport and I’m in the midst of renewing my student pass so I’d like to know the progress tracking?

Kindly be informed that you may download the EMGS latest mobile apps (EMGS HUB). Once you successfully downloaded the app and register, you may check the application status accordingly.

Hi there, how long does it take to get the student pass? I’m planning on travelling out of Malaysia in March but my student pass progress just started early February

The officer told me minimum 3 three weeks

Hi Hira,

Please be informed that there is no stipulated time frame for the Student Pass endorsement process. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
