Can someone help me with that, it’s been more than 15 day for this problem and i don’t know what to do about it, THEY ARE EXACTLY THE SAME

The difference is glaring!! And an easy one to correct.
MASTER OF SCIENCE (MOLECULAR MEDICINE ) and Master of science in molecular medicine are not the same.
Contact your institution to change the course name on your offer letter to MASTER OF SCIENCE (MOLECULAR MEDICINE).
