Dear officer，
Since emgs showed100% already one month，still not shows complete，I ask Uni they said I have to wait it shows complete then can collect my passport. I submitted my passport 24th February, almost two months now, could you please check process and make it efficiently please. Thanks

  Please be advised that your student pass endorsement will be done directly at State Immigration which means your passport is not with EMGS. The institute will liaise directly with the State Immigration to endorse your student pass sticker. Therefore, kindly liaise with the institution for further clarification on your passport status.
