After the verification from your institution the application will be created in EMGS portal system.

It will take time, if you applied for a student visa via your Institution, their Finance Department or the Institution itself still waiting for the approval of a Department in that Institution before they can finally send your documents to EMGS; It happened to me as well, the Marketing Head of the Institution/College told me that they are still waiting for the approval of the Finance Department before they can send it to EMGS, it will take around 1-3 days, mine it took 3 days since I passed and applied for a visa in that said college on a Friday and only Monday they pass my documents to EMGS.
