Hello, i just wanna ask about passport no E3663723 status, in my EMGS App has 100%, and i received email about Supporting Letter ready for download at 4th november, the institution said the imigration or the ministry didn’t send my passport to the institution, meanwhile the other student who has get email on 5th and 6th nov from EMGS, has already receive their passport Last week, so who fault is this?
Is there no compensation or responsibility for this?

  Kindly be informed that your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further clarification on the status of your passport.

    so, even EMGS itself who issued the student pass cannot check whether it has been given or not from state immigration departement to the institution.
    Okay, i get it.
