Hello dear emgs officer, why can’t I take selfie after completing my information of digital id. thank you

  Hi Jin Hao,
  
  Please take note of the following steps;
  
  1. From the home page, select the “Digital ID” icon from the list of icons at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Then you will be directed following page to fill in your details.
  3. You are required to follow the on-screen instructions to take a selfie for
  the verification
  4. Click ‘Start Identity Verification’ at the bottom of the screen once you
  are ready to take a selfie.
  5. Once the selfie have been verified, an Email Verification Code dialogue box will pop up, informing you that a passcode has been sent to your email.
  6. Check your email and enter the verification code into the box provided. Then, click ‘Next’ to proceed.
