Today 14 days time for my visa wait completes, I checked the status its showing 90%, why so? Kindly let me know until when I can get my visa

  The issuance of student pass is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. However, the student pass issuance takes 14 working days from the date we submit the Passport to the Immigration Department.
