Hello EMGS,

I am HE CHEN and my passport number is EG6061069. I submitted my special pass on 23 March 2023, but I haven’t received my passpord.
I am really in a hurry to go back to my home country, because my grandfather is seriously ill. Originally, I bought my air ticket(15 April 2023), and now I change my air ticket(22 April 2023).
please kindly assist me on handling my specail pass.
