Hello, I am student at Inti international university,passport number A20916091, my institution have requested to cancel my visa over 2 weeks because I am transferring to another university but until now it didn’t cancel, May I know how long does it to cancel ?

Hi,
Based on our record, your student pass was expired. The cancellation process is only required for the active student pass. Kindly refer to the Institution for further clarification on this matter.
