How long did it take to turn from green 35% to 70% after EMGS submitted your documents to Immigration?

Hi everyone, I have a visa question. Is it going to be a sticker on the passport that shows the duration and kind of visa issued? Or just the VAL paper and show it upon arrival to the immigration office and put an entry stamp only in the passport?
