How many days did it take from 15%?

The entire application was from 13 September and today 8th Oct.

And it is quite distirbing because you dont get any reason for the delay from emgs nor are you able to make solid plan for your proposed transition to Malaysia.

You need to have an account first. The account can be created via the EMGS website: https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my
