Thanks for your prompt replay. I haven’t canceled my previous VIsa till the UKM requested it that and asked me to get the release letter from UNITEN. Kindly, in this case may I know what should I do and how to settle this issue?

Hi Hassanein,
We understand your predicament. Therefore, please note that your institution can submit a request to appeal for your rejected VAL. Kindly liaise with your institution to further assist you on this matter. However, the decision to approve the appeal is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Hi Hassanein,
Please note that at present, the Immigration Department is not issuing VALs as the entry for international students is on hold until the 31st of December 2020. We will only be able to advise once we receive further instructions from the Immigration Department.

Kindly get your institution to drop us an email requesting the VAL rejection reason, and we will check with the Immigration Department. Once we obtain the reason, we will send a notification to your institution.

My institute told me they will not send anything until they will get the reason from immigration department Especially in “ EMGS application “ they’re waiting for the reason just in“EMGS application ”
I mean the email doesn’t work with them just the application
