Hello dear,
My name is Hassan Azher Omar (Application Number: E#########)
I previously deferred a semester and now I have received the new offer letter and I have also renewed my passport, all after receiving an acceptance letter from you. My file now needs updating. I have already sent all the documents to the institution and I do not know if the updating process will be delayed or not. Please look into the situation and answer me and expedite the procedures as quickly as possible.

  Kindly be informed that your eVAL has been approved by the Immigration on 25th February 2026. As such, if you have renewed the passport, the institution is require to apply for the eVAL correction. However, the approval of eVAL correction subject to the Immigration discretion. Kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.

    Yes, as you mentioned, I sent the university a request along with a copy of the document. I believe they sent it to you; I will send another confirmation regarding this matter.
