The reason for this is usually because immigration might have issues with the grades, as they might doubt you can complete the program. It’s not really your fault, sometimes some people commit fraud, i.e. Enter a program with low grades and not complete the program on time, and work while they’re studying. My University sent docs to EMGS 18 Dec , 23dec they required additional docs , given at 30dec , *January 6 photo was rejected* which has been sent on January 8th
How much approx. time till I receive my VAL after submitting the photo?
It’s at 15%/green

I had the same issues before but mine took 9 days to get my VAL from 15% but it depends on the immigration department and your documents. If all your documents meet requirements you don’t need to wait for long time

My classis start in 20-30 days and have to apply for Visa after receiving VAL as well .
