You must have a health insurance to reside in Malaysia as a student. When you submit your visa application it gives you the option to buy on for a year. If you have one send them a copy of it.

It means your University selected the option to choose their own insurance policy and also to submit your passport to Immigration. So before EMGS gives them a supporting letter to Immigration, they need proof that you have Insurance policy that covers your study for the next year. I want EMGS to solve my problem. Perlis university does not care about my VDR. I applied for the VDR on March. Perlis took more than 1 month to submit the documents. In june EMGS asked them to send new photo. They sent it after about 20 days!!!!! . Before 4 days EMGS asked pelis to send new passport copy because of the wrong formatting. Until this…[Read more]

I am sorry to hear the VAL turmoil your university has caused.
May I suggest you to review your decision to go to this university. A university that is so careless towards your visa process, how do you expect them to be serious towards education which you want ultimately from them.

I think he has not paid any money to his university. This is the best part about Malaysian universities, they require students to pay the tuition fee after they land in Malaysia for registration.

It means you are almost there. Just contact UM and ask them to email your VAL.
THATS how it works in MALAYSIA. Universities receieve VAL on behalf of students and then forwars it to the prospective student.

Well i mail in all the sources… like ISC, Admission dept,,,, Post graduate dept… even in EMGS…. reply didnt get yet
