My name is ABDUL ALEEM HASHIM MOGAHED, Passport: Z7093449, Application Number: E#########. I would like to clarify that there has been an official name change after completing my Bachelor’s Degree. The transcript I submitted might not reflect my current legal name. To resolve this matter and provide the necessary verification, I have obtained an attested copy of the name change certificate from the Indian government. I have sent the attested copy to this email (#########), and it should serve as proof of my name change.
