Dear EMGS officer
I recieved an email in 15/Jul from EMGS office telling me that my institution has sent all documents. But I did not recieved any information since then
Wiuld you please check my status and provude me with estimated date when it would be finished.
My case number is 2289815

  Based on our record, we have received the additional documents to reopen the application. However, we are yet receive a confirmation from your Institution pertaining to this. As such, kindly liaise with your Institution for further assistance on this matter.

  I contacted my institution about the confermation you asked for.they said that they sent every documents and there is nothing to do from thier side
  They asked me to contact you again
  Please if you can help I need to get the visa soon
