Dear EMGS OFFICER,
Hi i need urgent assistance with my EMGS application.my Application number-(#########).my previous application has not yet been cancelled, and because of that my new application cannot be processed .its been almost 3 weeks since cancellation request,but the status is still showing 100 (completed) even though the uni informed me that it was cancelled.Because of this my new application cannot be processed.My classes are almost starting, so i kindly request your urgent help.
