Dear Officer,

I respectfully request clarification on the status of my eVAL application, submitted on 18th December 2023. Despite my institution providing all of the required documents and numerous explanation letters, the progress remains at 15% pending additional documents.

I am puzzled by the delay, since all of the documents have been submitted, including the ‘A level equivalent’. My institution already explained my case and sent reminders. I also recently became aware that my colleague with a similar case has received their eVAL three weeks ago.

Kindly, I prompt resolution regarding my case as it has been pending for an extended period. I understand that you must be handling many requests, but I would greatly appreciate your assistance in moving my application forward.
