@translationcourses May I ask why renewal visa takes longer ? My visa has been in immigration department since 14th January but my status percentage is still 80% ?

Hello I am from Thailand. I have handled my visa since 7th January but now it said 80% process. May I know at least, the estimate day I can get my visa from my university. My passport

  The Student Pass endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
