There is no exact time frame for the student pass endorsement process. The approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Submitting passport to EMGS goes 85 then 95 once sticker is ready from there 97 once passport is ready with sticker on it, eventually 100 once institute took it back for u to be received. That is what happened to me in particular.
