I am a postgraduate student currently studying in Malaysia. I officially submitted my original passport to my university on October 15, 2026, and today I was thrilled/relieved to receive the notification that my application progress has reached 85%.
However, I am currently facing severe and exceptional circumstances in my home country. I am an employed professional, and my employer has granted me strict temporary leave. Due to unavoidable professional obligations, I am facing severe disciplinary action, penalties, or even the potential loss of my job if I do not return immediately. In fact, I have already purchased my return flight ticket, relying on the expected timeline of my visa processing.
Given this critical situation, I kindly and humbly request your utmost cooperation and humanitarian consideration to expedite the final passport endorsement process. Being stranded without my passport and facing the loss of my livelihood is causing me immense psychological and financial distress.
I have attached my flight ticket and relevant proof of my employment urgency for your reference. I would be endlessly grateful if my case could be prioritized so I can secure my passport and return home in time.
