How you can get the 1500 RM personal bonds refund while you are staying at your home country? Is there a way to refund online?

I got a scholarship at USA University, How can I do visa cancelation to refund the 1500 RM Personal Bonds? Currently, I am staying at my home country? Is there a way to refund online without visiting Malaysia is it will be very costly compared to personal bonds amount?

My VAL is approved, and the status progress 38%. What\’s next? Any one know the remaining steps? Thanks for your help

You have to wait for some time untill your eVAL is ready to be downloaded. Then you have to take the eVAL and Offer Letter to Malaysian Embassy in your country and get an Simgle Entry Visa (SEV). Contact your institute for more info on this.
