Please, how long it takes to turn 90%. To 100 today is 19 work and still the same thing. I understand I told you before that my mother is very difficult and no money left with me. As me they today me around 3 weeks work

Hi Hagrs,
We received your passport on the 12th of September for the Student Pass endorsement. The endorsement process takes 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
