If I am not wrong
You just type your sir name and then your first name .I also done the same and i didn’t get any problem till now

right, i added County code as well bcs it was written in the bottom of the passport (mrz format). So do u have any idea if they’ll contact me for the name change? ive already sent them an email but they reply once a day.
