Hello
I am asking about my visa application because it was been paused from 23/10/2019 on 15% until now , because my university ( USM ) must submit a not objection certificate ( NOC ) I want to know when my application will start and what happens with my ( NOC ) .

Hi,
We can only resume the processing of your application upon receipt of the NOC. Kindly liaise with your institution and request that they submit the NOC.
