My name is Habiba, and my passport number is A25890777. My visa will expire on 21st of February. It’s currently undergoing renewal process. Its now 45%, in progress with EMGS. Once the student pass has been issued, the passport will be returned to EMGS. The status of the application will be updated once the passport is ready for collection. Kindly note that there is no specific timeframe required to complete this process.

The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days from the day we receive the passport. However, your passport is still within the stipulated time frame. Rest assured, we will follow up on the application with the Immigration Department and will update the application progress via the EMGS website accordingly.…[Read more]

Your institution opted to obtain the student pass directly from the state immigration department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.
