Dear EMGS officer:
My name is GUO Shanshan and my passport number is EJ 4637607. My visa renewal progress stuck at 80% for a few days and I left a message before to report about my pregnancy situation and the doctor’s suggestion to go back China earlier and got your kind response about your being working on this. The thing is that I bought a plane ticket back to China on 6th Feb,2024 and I hope the process of renewal could be completed in time. Please kindly help me and speed up the process. Thank you so much!

  Kindly be informed that your passport has been submitted to Immigration for the student visa endorsement. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify your institution once the passport is ready for collection.
