Dear Emgs,
My passport number is EL2492587, and my emgs
percentage has stuck at 32% since January 2nd. My
classes have already started, and I need my VAL
asap.
Please check my status and see if any process is
still remaining for my VAL to be given to me.

  Hi, Gu Renghui. Kindly be informed that we have submitted your document to immigration for VAL approval on the 12th of January 2024. This approval process will take approximately 7-10 working days however, the approval is solely by immigration discretion.
