Dear EMGS Officers,
My passport number is C0925223. I submitted my passport on Feb 26, 2024 to renew my visa when the app showed 90%. It has been 17 working days and the status keeps unchanged. I was informed by the IO officer from my university that my visa was approved last Tuesday and the progress should be updated in 1-2 days. Please confirm if the information I got from my university is authentic and please let me know how long it takes to get my passport back.

  Kindly refer to the institution to provide us with the student pass copy for us to update in the system and process the ikad accordingly.
