    Dear @emgs can you guys please explain what does this mean? I don’t understand what you meant by “The institute is required to submit a new photo or reconfirm that it is the same applicant and submit a supporting letter on behalf of the applicant”. Since I prefer to reconfirm, what is the supporting letter look like? can you please give me the example of the supporting letter?
