If you are a student and want to come to malaysia you need Travel Authorization from EMGS NOT My Travel Pass then have you try to contact your institution?and please be alert that travel authorazation need around 3-4 week to process so the best way is to postpone your travel and reschedule it
Thanks for the info, but everything has already been resolved. I already had my Travel Authorization, but because of the new MCO the embassy thought I required MyTravelPass to enter Malaysia.

Please be informed that Immigration Department has issued Visa Approval Letter along with a travel authorization letter on the 7th of April 2021. Kindly advise us if you are enquiring about Single Entry Visa.
