      We are sorry to hear about the rejection of your visa application. If the rejection reason has not been provided, your institute can send a request and we will refer to the Immigration Department accordingly.

    Good afternoon EMGS, my name is folorunso Temitope Ezekiel and my passport number is A13124235. Please I change my mobile device and now my immigration card and my health card are not displaying on my emsg app. Kindly help me out with this. Thank you

      Hi Folorunso Ezekiel,

      Kindly be informed that you are required to download the latest EMGS mobile app (EMGS HUB) in App store, Google Play Store or Huawei AppGallery. Once register, you may be able to check the insurance card and iKAD.
