Hi,
Kindly be informed that we received your passport on 22 December 2023 for the Student Pass endorsement process. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify your institution once the passport is ready for collection.

55%-90% If it takes more than 14 working days, should be able to make a reminder on this app. Others should just wait. I feel that the Malaysian government departments are not very punctual. I also heard that some students were 80% stuck for a month, so I left a message on this app to remind them.
Yeah I also heard that they can be ok 80% for a month but it’s like we got our tickets already at least try to help us out. It says Your Student Pass Renewal application has been issued by the Immigration Department of Malaysia., form 12/21 i got 50% submit my passport 12/22-55% they got my passport, to now it’s 14 working days. I got 80% at 12/29. I think i can get my passport next Monday or Tuesday
When was your passport turned in for EMGS?
Mine is still on 80% hopefully in 14 days it turns 90% too. One question did the 14 days started counting from the moment you turned your passport to EMGS or from the moment EMGS turned your passport to immigration?
14 working days counting form EMGS receive my passport. I should get my passport back next Tuesday as all my friends did. Normally the institution take passport back one working day after it show passport ready for institution to collect. And can be take back another working day later. I’ll let you know when I get mine.
