My renewal application has been stacked with green path since 20/12/2019. My classmate submited the application on the same day, but she collected the passport last Friday. Hi Fei Yuan,
The Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Yes but it is stucked for three weeks. How long it will take for completing my renewal process? I am afraid I can’t go home to celebrate Chinese New Year with my family. Because the flight ticket are all sold out. Or if there is any solution for speeding up the process? Can you help me please? Thank you very much.

My renewal application has been stuck at 80% with green since 30th November. I have to go back to China for an important exam on 20th December. I don’t know how long it will takes for my renewal visa. Could you help me？ My passport number is EA5555217. Thank you so much.-

Generally if in this case in Thailand you can go to Malaysia embassy to get student visa within 3 working day
