I strongly suspect that you’ve applied to a public university. They have different processes from private unis so the percentage moves to 80% before you come into Malaysia. Nothing to worry about, just wait for your VAL and come in to Malaysia after you get SEV from the Malaysian Embassy (if you need it)

I strongly suspect that you’ve applied to a public university. They have different processes from private unis so the percentage moves to 80% before you come into Malaysia.
