Hi, I contacted EMG and they said it is a glitch in their system and they are working on fixing it. Mine says male, but it didn’t cause a problem in getting my visa processed.
Please take note of the following steps for Android device users:
1. Clear the app cache and data
2. Uninstall the EMGS mobile app from your device
3. Proceed to Google Play and install the latest version of the EMGS mobile app
4. Complete the verification process accordingly
For iOS devices, kindly note that we are in the midst of launching an updated version of the EMGS mobile app. You can download the latest version of the app once it has been made available on App Store.
I think you did mistake when you fill your val form .
