Dear EMGS,
Do I need to pay the medical screening fee again for applying for new e-VAL?
As I already paid it in 2020 when I entered Malaysia with E-VAL. I am PhD student of UPM but i am in country now. I want to enter Malaysia in May 2023

  If you are submitting a new visa application, then you will be required to pay for the post-arrival medical screening.
