Dear EMGS officer,

My visa application is stuck at 5% since the 4th of september. I already paid the visa application and next week i need to be in malaysia for the registration. How can i solve this problem?

  As per checking, there is an issue with the proof of payment submitted by the Institution. As such, kindly refer to your Institution for further clarification on this matter.

    I email my university for like 2 weeks they didnt say anyhting at all
