They told me they have not received the transaction number/transfer number for the refund from EMGS, hence they can not trace. We are unable to retrieve any record under your passport number for the refund request. Kindly check with your institution if they submitted the refund request and the mode of submission.

EMGS officer, the origional passport I used to apply for refund was AB542021. But currently, I’m using new passport TAE185463.
And tha same, I sibmited to the university for the followup of the refund request. Still I dont know what is going on.
