Hi EMGS. Is “SPUNIK LIGHT” Single dose covid Vaccine acceptable on Mlaysia? I can not find it in Mysejahetra app. Any help,or advice. Thanks View

    Helow sir,
    My Student pass expired since 30th November, 2021. Am I allowed to enter Malysia?,than I can renew mu Pass. Thanks

      Hi Fauz,

      Since your student pass is no longer valid, you are required to apply for travel approval. However, your institute can submit the renewal application whilst you are still in your home country.     Dear EMGS officer, thanks for the reply. However, I contacted my isntitution (UUM) regarding the completion of refund request,as you said. They told me they have not received the transaction number/transfer number for the refund from EMGS, hence they can not trace.     EMGS officer, the origional passport I used to apply for refund was AB542021. But currently, I’m using new passport TAE185463.
    And tha same, I sibmited to the university for the followup of the refund request. Still I dont know what is going on.

      @fauz We completed the refund process on the 7th of January 2019. Kindly refer to your institution for your refund.

      We are unable to retrieve any record under your passport number for the refund request. Kindly check with your institution if they submitted the refund request and the mode of submission.

    Dear sir,I have got a notification that my Masters certificate are not clear. So I have submitted my Certificate to my institute again, and said they will update my application. Please try to contanct them. Or tell me if I can send the certificates directly to EMGS.

    Dear, EMGS officer.
    whats wrong with my VAL application? It has been in 5% (pending) status for long time now. My univesity say they have submitted the necessary documents required for proof. Please, process my VAL,I’m late for registation to my programme.

      Be sure that Your medical reports and fees submitted to emgs.
