I’m living in Malaysia since 2015 I did my master and now I’m doing my PhD and I started since 2018
I traveled to Istanbul for 10days (holidays) and I left Kuala Lumpur on 17 March but the borders was closed on 18 March and since that day I’m stuck in Istanbul.

If you are an existing student, you can submit the travel authorization application via the EMGS website: https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/guidelines/travel-authorisation-form-base.html
