There is no time-frame for the completion of the travel authorization application process, as there are multiple levels of processing involved to approve the travel request by students. The decision to issue the travel approval letter is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

If you are an existing student, you can submit the travel authorization application via the EMGS website: https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/guidelines/travel-authorisation-form-base.html
