Dear brother.
U have to push your uni to finish those two problems. How would you do that?
Listen
1-Email your university telling this issue.
2-if they say YES WE RESPONDED EMGS.
3-then ask the uni to give you case number.
4-Take the case number then call EMGS saying MY UNI SENT THE REQUIREMENT AND THIS IS THE CASE NUMBER PLEASE MOVE FORWARD.
This is the fastest rout to resolve

is this something that needed to be updated by the institution? and how can i submit the new confirmation letter as a student?
I have the same problem, I’m still waiting for EMGS to update the system. It seems that the course we applied was not yet registered. Please which course have you applied. Let we proceed sending an email to the un till the end.
the course that im applying is a bachelor in information management. today I already received an email regarding this issue and it said that the issue is closed. you need to contact your institution about this issue and let them send the updated offer letter by email to emgs
