It’s means that IPS of ur school did not remit the payment into emgs account. But don’t worry they will do but actually is taking time, more than 3 working days. It happened to me

Download emgs app and put your details if it is 0% its mean your application created and if 5% its mean that you emgs receive payment and documents and if 15% its means in progress with emgs and it will take 1 to 4 days to submit your application to immigration if your documents are ok if not they will do pending and ask you for…[Read more]-
It is International Medical University. The university informed me today that they have applied for my visa. But when I enter my passport number in the emgs, it says that no record is found. Please check it out for me.

The issuance of the VAL takes approximately 7-10 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
