All additional documents must be provided sent to this Email. The attachment must be followed by all your information. U will receive digit number for ur case
Afterward u should call EMGS and give them ur case number to abdate ur case and turn it to greenEMGS Additional Documents

Did you receive email from etiqa or emgs regarding the insurance. There is a app to install on your phone and use it to claim. But you need check your email for it

Students are required to download the Smile App from Google Play or App Store. You are required to submit any claims via the app.
