Dear EMGS,

I would like to ask for clarification regarding my application. My official certificate is delayed by my institution, and I may have to wait until 2027 to receive it. This delay is not my fault, and I am worried that I will have to suffer because of this situation.

I already have my Bangladesh Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC). Could you please confirm whether I am eligible to apply for a Bachelor’s/Honours programme based on my HSC qualification without waiting for my delayed diploma certificate?

I kindly request you to advise me on what options are available for my case.
